We’re looking for a fractional GTM strategist, CMO, or CGO with deep experience in pre-revenue startups and the real estate sector. As an Impelist, you’ll help shape actionable growth playbooks by contributing real-world insight to AI-driven recommendations and bringing those strategies to life alongside trusted implementation partners.

You won’t be doing this alone. You’ll collaborate with an Impelian, a strategist who leads the end-to-end process within the ImpelHub platform. The Impelian takes the lead on discovery, aligning around business constraints and SMART goals, and translating founder inputs into a prioritized strategic roadmap. Your role is to serve as a subject matter expert, enriching the process with tactical input and validating key decisions along the way.

What You’ll Do

Contribute SME insights to refine and validate AI-generated strategy outputs through the ImpelHub platform, led by an Impelian who owns the end-to-end process

Support the Impelian in translating founder goals into go-to-market plays, funnel architecture, ICP validation, and channel strategy, offering strategic depth and real-world perspective

Collaborate in shaping the Scale-up Playbook, ensuring strategies are actionable, prioritized, and aligned with the startup’s constraints and SMART growth goals

Work with vetted implementation partners to activate the playbook across UI/UX, marketing execution, and GTM rollout

Serve as a trusted SME collaborator, bridging the founder’s vision, ImpelHub’s platform-driven roadmap, and execution teams to ensure successful outcomes
