- Limited confidential business information that is voluntarily shared by clients, strictly as it pertains to growth strategy formation, with the Client retaining full control over what is disclosed.
- AI-generated insights and strategic recommendations derived from our proprietary systems, informed by both publicly available data and any client-provided inputs.
This policy aligns with applicable data protection laws, including but not limited to:
- General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU)
- California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) (USA)
- Other relevant state, national, and international privacy laws

A. Business & Confidential Information
- Publicly available market insights, industry trends, and competitive intelligence that serve as the primary data sources for growth strategy development.
- Limited confidential business information, such as financial performance indicators, strategic priorities, or proprietary methodologies, which is voluntarily shared by the Client and strictly relevant to growth strategy formation.
- AI-generated insights and strategic recommendations derived from our proprietary systems, informed by publicly available data and any client-provided inputs.
B. Personal Information (if provided)
- Contact details (name, email, phone, company affiliation).
- User account credentials (for platform access, if applicable).
- Communication records (emails, meeting notes, feedback forms).
We do not collect sensitive personal data (e.g., Social Security numbers, biometric data, or payment details) unless explicitly required and consented to
ImpelHub processes data solely for business engagement purposes, including:

A. Infrastructure & Storage
- ImpelHub utilizes AWS, a fully compliant hosting provider with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR certifications, ensuring high security and regulatory adherence. All stored data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard AES-256 encryption.
B. AI Processing & Confidentiality
- Proprietary AI models are hosted in private environments—confidential data is never shared with external AI models
- When utilizing external AI models , ImpelHub operates under strict contractual agreements ensuring that client-provided data remains confidential and is not used for AI training or model fine-tuning.
- Data used in AI-driven research is anonymized or pseudonymized where possible to prevent identification.
- Publicly available market insights, competitive intelligence, and industry trends serve as the primary data sources for growth strategy development. When limited confidential business information—such as financial performance indicators, strategic priorities, or proprietary methodologies—is necessary, the Client retains full control over what is shared with ImpelHub. The Client determines the scope and sensitivity of the data disclosed, ensuring it is strictly relevant to growth strategy formation. ImpelHub will only process and store information voluntarily provided by the Client as part of the engagement.
C. Internal Access Controls
- Strict access permissions ensure that only authorized personnel can view or process sensitive client data.
- Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are required for all employees and contractors handling confidential data.
- ImpelHub retains client-provided business data for up to 24 months after the conclusion of the engagement.
- Data is retained to support service improvements, historical research, and AI model refinement.
- Clients may request data removal at any time by contacting privacy@impelhub.com.
- Upon termination or request for deletion, data will be securely erased, except for anonymized insights used for AI refinement.
ImpelHub does not share confidential business data with third parties except in the following cases:
- Legal Compliance: If required by law, subpoena, or regulatory request.
- Service Providers (if applicable): Select cloud hosting providers and AI infrastructure partners who are contractually bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
- Client-Authorized Engagements: Where data-sharing is explicitly approved by the client (e.g., integration with third-party tools).
