All content, materials, and tools provided by ImpelHub, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the intellectual property of ImpelHub or its licensors. Unauthorized use of this material is prohibited.
ImpelHub offers both one-time tools and subscription-based access to the Business Brain/Context. The terms of each subscription plan, including fees, duration, and renewal, are specified in the plan details. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of access.
All fees must be paid in accordance with the terms specified during purchase. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. ImpelHub uses secure third-party payment processors and does not store your payment information.
ImpelHub is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We do not guarantee that our platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific business needs. ImpelHub disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
